Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting

If something goes wrong, check the completion criteria for the current step, then try the troubleshooting advice below.

The Extension Says It Cannot Connect to the Page

Refresh the game page, click Reload on the extension card and reopen the side panel. The page must use a supported domain.

License verification failed

Check that the browser can access the official site, the key is not bound to another device, and the system clock is correct. Activated devices have a limited offline grace period during temporary service outages.

The Page Has Not Changed After Updating

Replace the files directly in the extension folder Chrome currently loads, without adding a nested folder. Then click Reload on its card at chrome://extensions. Downloading or extracting the ZIP alone does not update the installed extension.

How to Provide Diagnostics

Temporary diagnostic logs are available at the bottom of the side panel. Check for private page information before sharing logs with support.
